Guidance that reads your cycle as data.
A Different Approach
For decades, the standard answer to women's cycle and hormone problems has been the same: the pill, an IUD, or "come back when you want to get pregnant." These mask symptoms without ever asking why they're happening.
Restorative reproductive care takes the opposite approach. Your cycle is a vital sign — a window into your hormonal and overall health. By reading it closely, we help you understand what your cycle may be revealing about the hormonal or structural patterns behind your symptoms, and help you decide whether restorative medical care is the right next step.
What We Help With
Restorative reproductive care can help you understand a wide range of concerns — many of which are dismissed elsewhere:
Not sure if your concern fits? It probably does — let's talk.
The Process
Here's what to expect, from your first conversation to a clear next step.
A relaxed conversation about your concerns, goals, and what kind of support you may need. No cost, no commitment.
If helpful, we discuss your cycle history, symptoms, and whether NFP charting may clarify what is going on.
We help you decide whether instruction, restorative medical care, a referral, or another provider pathway is the right next move.
When appropriate, clients may be directed to qualified medical care or future restorative care availability.
Instruction and Care, Together
Most fertility educators can teach you to chart — but when your chart reveals a problem, they can only refer you elsewhere. Most doctors can prescribe — but they were never trained to read a cycle chart.
Cana does both. Our certified instructors teach you to chart your cycle with precision, and our nurse practitioner can read that same chart to help identify when medical evaluation may be appropriate and guide you toward the right care pathway. When restorative medical care is the right next step, we can help you get there — depending on eligibility, licensure, and an accepted care relationship. Education and cycle-informed guidance, speaking the same language.

Getting Started
Every restorative care journey begins the same way — with a free 15-minute call. We'll talk through your concerns and goals, and help you understand the right next step, whether that's charting instruction, a chart and cycle review, a referral, or restorative medical care when it's the right fit.
Instruction pricing is listed on each method page. Restorative medical care availability depends on state eligibility, provider fit, licensure, and an accepted care relationship through the appropriate care pathway — we'll walk you through what's possible on your free call.
Common Questions
Instruction is offered on a direct-pay basis. If restorative medical care becomes the right next step, we'll walk you through how it works, what it may involve, and any costs before you commit — many clients use HSA or FSA funds. There are never surprise bills.
Charting instruction and cycle-informed guidance are available online, nationwide. Availability of restorative medical care depends on state eligibility, licensure, and the appropriate care pathway. Reach out and we'll help you understand what's possible where you live.
Not at all. We help with a wide range of hormonal and cycle concerns — PCOS, painful periods, PMS, irregular cycles, postpartum changes — whether or not pregnancy is your goal.
No. If you're not yet charting, we'll get you started — and our instruction services can teach you the method in depth. Existing charts are helpful but not required.
We complement your care. We focus on helping you understand the root causes of reproductive and hormonal patterns and identify the right next step, coordinating with your other providers and referring out to qualified care when appropriate.
